I ran the timed mile today for my jogging class. I timed a lot slower than I had expected at 6:51. I started too fast and burned out at the end. I ran an extra slow mile jogging to and from the track, which doesn’t really count but I’ll record it anyway.

6:51 gives you a good point to start. Now you just have to work on beating that little by little. You’re so hot!
