No running today to save my legs for the mile run tomorrow. Looking to get in the low six’s. Swam a fast 1/2 mile in the pool and did some 50 meter swim sprints. Consistently swimming the 50s in 35 seconds. Worked out the biceps and neck.
Started Spring term at BYU. Hope I can find the time to work full-time, go to school, train for triathlons and take care of the family.

Oh Wes is not going to like the home teaching ball being dropped. It’s ok I don’t know if that ball was ever rolling was it??? ha ha only a jokester.
